Beautiful Mirlitons - Nutcracker Ballet

 Crystal Michelle Fallin (R) and her dance partner Jackie (L)  pose in their Mirliton costumes for the 1996 St. Augustine Nutcracker Ballet at Flagler College Auditorium.  They were members of the Premier Ballet Company.  The Mirliton dance was performed on pointe for the first time by the Ballet Company.  The costumes were beautiful and perfect for a group pointe dance.

Toy Soldier Doll Nutcracker Ballet

Crystal Michelle Fallin as the windup Toy Solider Doll  in the Nutcracker Ballet presented by the St. Augustine Premier Ballet Company at Flagler College Auditorium in 1994.  Crystal was 9 years old in the 4th grade. She was one of three soloist who danced as windup toy dolls in the ballet’s party scene.  Young Clara’s Uncle Drosselmeyer introduced the dolls as gifts to the delight of the children for their entertainment.  Each doll danced for the children and were placed back into their gift boxes.

Spanish Chocolate Nutcracker Ballet

Crystal Michelle Fallin as Spanish Chocolate Soloist in the Nutcracker Ballet performed by tha St. Augustine Premier Ballet Company in 1996 at the Flagler College Auditorium.  Crystal was 12 years old in the 7 th grade.  This was her 6th Nutcracker Ballet.  She had 5 roles Mouse, Snowflake, Mirliton, Spanish Chocolate and as a flower in the waltz of the flowers.

A Snow Maiden in the Land of Snow - Nutcracker Ballet

 

Crystal Michelle Fallin as a snowflake in the Nutcracker Ballet 1996.  This was her first year on pointe.  She was 12 years old in the 7th grade at Gamble Rogers Middle School. She was a member of the St. Augustine Premiere Ballet Company.  The dance company performed the Nutcracker Ballet at Flagler College Auditorium.  Crystal performed five roles in the ballet:  Mouse, Snowflake, Mirliton, Spanish Chocolate, and a waltzing flower.
